We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number immediately after placing your order.
During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Please note: orders placed after 4:00 PM PKT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, reach out to us at volinowear@gmail.com and we'll sort it out for you.
Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy when it comes to intimate apparel. All Volino Wear orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product descriptions or branding visible on the outside. Your privacy is always our priority.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Volino Wear has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on the charges that may apply to your order before placing it.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, please understand that the delivery times listed above are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during sales events or holiday seasons
- Carrier or courier delays beyond our control
- Weather conditions, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances
- International customs clearance processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
Once we hand your package over to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier after dispatch.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (or receipt, in the case of damage). Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage — we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Volino Wear is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting the carrier first, then reaching out to us.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you at checkout.
If you realize there's an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at volinowear@gmail.com. We'll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be certain regions where delivery is not available due to carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout. For any specific questions about delivery to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
