Return Eligibility
We have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. As an intimate apparel brand, hygiene is our highest priority. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With all original tags and hygiene liners/seals intact
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Email us at volinowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get approved — once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship it back — our return address and shipping details will be shared with you once your return request is approved.
Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, has a stitching or sizing fault, or if you received the wrong item — so we can evaluate the issue and make it right, at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Panties, briefs, boxers & thongs once the hygiene seal or packaging is opened
- Shapewear & bodysuits that have been worn or had liners removed
- Socks, tights & stockings once opened
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items & gift cards
Bras, camisoles, and nightwear may be returned only if unworn, with tags attached and hygiene liners intact. Unsure about your item? Just ask us.
Exchanges & Sizing
Need a different size? The fastest way is to return your eligible item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new size or style. We recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering to find your perfect fit.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements apply — unworn, with tags, hygiene seals intact, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please note that under EU law, sealed intimate apparel that has been unsealed after delivery is exempt from the right of withdrawal for health and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
